And that batch was a weak one when new. At most 17 ppm.

I sometimes get different readings with freshly distilled water. Then let the water set for hours and get a different reading. The molecules need to stabilized.

Your changing readings could also be caused by carbonic acid as the silver water absorbs more carbon dioxide over time.

Some of the ions are going to turn into colloidal over time.
