Albion chelated minerals vs Citrates

What is the albion chelated mineral? Are they absorbed better than citrate forms?

I've been taking copper (copper citrate, about 2mg or less per day in my lemon juice in the morning), because the compatibility test (for Amalgam removal) says:

I'm highly reactive to Zinc & Zinc acetate as well as to mercury and all the usual suspects(aluminum, cadium, gallium, bismuth, zirconium).

Is this an overkill if you put citrate form of minerals in lemon juice or ACV?

FYI, I removed all my Amalgams in 2006 - thank GOD!

I'd greatly appreciate any inputs.
