All over Head Hair loss. Scalloped Tongue

Hello,

I have slowly been losing hair over the last couple years. My hair used to be super thick. What's left of it just seems coarse and lifeless. It's an all over thinning. There is slightly more loss of the front-top. I can see my scalp (especially when wearing pony tails.)I have less than half the hair I used to have.

I did just learn that my indented or scalloped tongue edge means I'm not digesting nutrients well. My lips are peeling.

I am guessing that I am lacking minerals or something.

Please offer your suggestions or experiences in dealing with a similar situation.
