Noble Mushrooms are anti-fungal

Many tell the public to shy away from medicinal mushrooms. However, if you research experts like Paul Stamets you will learn that mushrooms grow in competition with fungus in nature and that they have qualities to benefit humans.

What the mistake appears to be is at the grocery store, there can be mold on the mushrooms, as it could be on the veggies and even the dried goods such as teas or herbs. These molds are what exacerbates problems. From my research Reishi, Lions Mane, Maitake, Shiitake, Turkey Tail and Suehiotake mushrooms are mushrooms that tend to grow on hard woods, high in trees. They actually provide immunity to the forest, as well as themselves. Even more, Paul Stamets has found mushrooms like these can remedy sicknesses caused by germ warfare and his mushrooms recognized as beneficial by the government (for more info, search YouTube for the clips).
