I feel the same way as far as supplements go. I can relate to everything your saying.

I had realized I was not waiting long enough between the remedies. I actually got concerned when I started with 2 stages at once. I know Debra said that David says you don't have to wait as long as you use to and that by the time you put the cap back on and get the next cap off you should be fine but I do everything quick so I know it was just not long enough.

I actually just recently started to take my sip then count to 30 then take the next remedy.

Thank you for bringing up the dowsing DVD I do have it and watched it before attending the Class in Sacramento that is now a prerequisite to attending the first class..

The DVD is I guess considered as class I, then we took class II in Sacramento in Feb of this year and now will be going to class III in Westminster, Co in July.

I keep practicing with my pendulum and been doing some research to learn more. I just feel like I am influencing it or something I just don't feel confident yet in my answers.

I bought Dave Cowans first ebook on dowsing and now his second one is out but I have not bought it yet.

I also attended our local dowsing club this month and it was really good and interesting. They had a huge turn out.

I don't know if you have heard of Carl Bracey he is very well known in the dowsing world he lives about 1 hour from me and he is a member of the local chapter. He actually stayed after class and gave us a crash/beginners course and shared some cool stuff with us.

He has some DVD's I might buy his basic one to start and go from there.

Do you have the dowsing board from HWS? I do not have one of those yet.

You said get back to work do you mind if I ask what line of work your in now?
