We were having a discussion about this last year and I shied away from using DE because it sounded too harsh. We went looking for a gentle version of DE and Cora came up with this stuff called 'Syclovir' from Green Willow Tree. It's pretty awesome. I've been using it for a bit. Each of these little phyto-plankton guys absorb 1000x their body weight in mold/fungus/candida.

You just have to be careful about taking some 'move it out' herbs or oxycleanse - something like that so things keep moving. You don't wanna have anything like that in your intestine long enough for it to think it's food, so you don't absorb the DE into your body.
