No I haven't tried it as a shampoo yet, but I look forward to trying it. Thanks for the recipe. My hair hasn't looked healthy for several years. I always have to use conditioner and style it so that it looks decent.

My 9 yr old gets bronchitis several times every year. In fact he has it now, with a possible ear infection. Do you think the borax would help get rid of it? He has been taking Iodine and vit C and some golden seal root tincture. I always worry about him because one year it did turn into pnumonia. Once his ears start to hurt I usually break down and take him to the doctor for anitbiotics, but now since starting iodine... I'm not so sure if I should do that. Tweet
