The Lugols I bought first time had BIG warnings; not safe, corrosive, picture of a death head, do not ingest +++

Non of the people I have given Borax have had any bad reaction; not even the kids. It is so mild you can put borax water in the eyes; I use to do it when my 9 year old has been in a chlorinated pool; he get very sore, burning eyes from it.
Borax water takes away the pain in seconds.

The dose I use internally is 1/8 of a level teaspoon for children / women and 1/4 for men. I took the man dose for several months myself.
It taste / smell as a wet dog; but if you have your daily dose in 1 liter / 2 quarts (?) of water and add some lemon, it is not to bad. PS it is easily dissolved in warm water, takes longer time in cold water
Lately I just use capsules; much more convenient.

Yes you can put it in juice; the girl I treated for enuresis could not swallow capsules, so I put the 1 /8 of a teaspoon in on tablespoon of hot water to dissolve it properly; then I added a drop of Iodine and orange juice. She said it tasted no different than just orange.
