Borax question for Ginagirl

Ginagirl, I too am afraid to take Borax internally. Is this the same stuff that comes in the laundry box? I just want to make sure!
Because on my box it says:
CAUTION: Contains sodium tetraborate decahydrate. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not take internally.
FIRST AID FOR INGESTION: Rinse mouth, give a large glassful of water or milk. Do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately.

Is this the same stuff that you are recommending to be taken internally???
And if so, what amount do you recommend?
Does it taste horribly?
Can it be taken in juice?
