Been workin' on this one for a minute. Here's my first installment:

It means that his DNA stores the memory of the actions and they are given to the Earth. They're a record of the experience of that visceral day, in other words, a 'tape' has been created. The Earth and the Sun record every thing.

The beginning of the phrase 'do it in the dark' is ancient. We understood that anything done by day was recorded and anyone could pick up on what you were doing.

About letting your semen to the Earth:
in Pagan times and in Native cultures, it's loving to give back to the mother (Earth or Gaia). You made love on the Earth, you potty on the Earth. All your DNA and the stored memory and love is given back to the mother. Those minerals are given back as fertilizer, in a vibratory and physical way. A lot of biblical stories (don't get me wrong, I know much of it is spot-on and accurate) are created to cast aspersion on that which had been revered as 'natural' or 'pagan'. It's kinda sad.

Yes, women used to go into a hut and bleed. This is not relegated to Western natives, there are many nomadic and sedentary cultures that set aside 'tribe' time for women while they bleed. How beautiful. It was seen as a detox (which it is) and we connected while doing so. We sat on the ground, on our Mother Earth and it was holy. You bleed TO the Earth.
