Taking Tinctures w/ water?

Can the tinctures be taken with water?
For example the cayenne tinc with a little tiny glass of water - adding the tincture to it then drink it down?

I'm also taking 8 other tinctures: Adrenal, Glanduar, Female, Nervine, Hawthorn Berry, Black-Walnut and now the liver and blood detox tinc.
Again same question as above can these too be taken in a little water?
