I know what you say is true. Have been sensing the levels of response to things, and suspecting the severity is a measure of how clear, or uncleared, I am with things. Started sensing this years ago actually, but with all of the valuable chatter here, dots keep getting connected.

And now I am bummed, because I just purchased some brie, and a few bites of it and I know only feel jiggy, anxious-y, but also guilt-y. Rats.

Sigh.

We've been working for a really long time to understand things, and have to exercise caution with aggressiveness (wife is a liver transplant, and the impossible situations we have had to overcome are stark). But I need to face the candida and parasite music. I think, curses, that you have tipped the scale on me admitting that yup, theses things are real. I mean, I know it, but your recent posts are like a 2x4 upside the head. Lots of things have become much better, but there is a lot of work ahead.

Sigh. And excited. You are an angel Ms. H. And Wommie. And T. And Cora. And V, and and and...
