It is used to reduce inflammation in the intestines in a condition called ulcerative colitis.)and the doctor that I found was a teacher of the university, they charge us only 300dlls for the colonoscopy checking with a camera the inside of the intestine. the regular consult was 60dlls, he is an specialist in gastrointestinal desases, If you dont have any other resource you can go to find a doctor in Tijuana, it is dangerous if you go to the dangerous places but you never hear about turist been hurt there, recomend to go to Zona Rio there it is safe,it is a nice area closer to the border,the mall is nice and there are alot of doctors around, Tijuana is were the people without insurance go.
