I think my mix is a good one. I do have more than just that and the most recent one (slurp) included organic baby spinach, broccoli and a whole jonathan apple.
Cucumbers? I like to take those and cut just about 3 or four narrow strips of the peeling off lengthwise and then cut them in 1/4 to 1/3 inch slices and put them in a jar with apple cider vinegar, sea salt and minced garlic and perhaps a bit of pepper and let sit for a few days. Yummm! Onion and carrot bits make good additions too.
Yes, I have gone for a day without meat at times. I think 2003 there was a day . . .
