just drinking vegetable juices and a little fruit juice mixed in a blender with raw veggies such as onions, cayenne, squash, zuchinni, radishes, carrots and asparagus and a scoop of superfoods powder.

A good green drink is spinach or kale with some olive leaf and some easy lettuce, zuchinni, carrots, cucumbers and add a apple.

Now I sent you guys some pickled garlic recipes and some beet recipes which are great.

I am so happy you are looking more at your diet.

You didn't have meat yesterday? Does that mean meat every single day normally, lol, man I am going to have a heart attack. You crack me up guy.

I am proud of you and so want you to be healthy, happy and MARRIED WITH CHILDREN, lol you gonna yell at me now. heheheh
