Re: Red Meat May Not Be The Only Villain

I would never give up ALL meat, but there are certainly times when going raw veg, cleansing and juicing and such are very healthy to do for awhile.  Like right now for me.  You might be pleased to know that yesterday I consumed no meat at all - just drinking vegetable juices and a little fruit juice mixed in a blender with raw veggies such as onions, cayenne, squash, zuchinni, radishes, carrots and asparagus and a scoop of superfoods powder.  Gotta get some raw garlic today to add to the mix.  I may continue to do this for a couple of weeks or longer.  Mostly juices and veggie blends at first and then more and more raw or lightly steamed veggies.  No meats, no sugar (I got some non-bitter Stevia finally), no bleached flour (and very few grains period), no milk (some yogurt).  Digestive enzymes, pro and prebiotics, high choline lecithin, GTF chromium, milk thistle, selenium, iodine from Trapper, Sutherlandia OPC, coconut oil, etc.

I'm on a mission!  Gotta lose a few pounds around the midsection, cleanse and repair the liver - and hope that just maybe I will be able to repair or at least relieve a most aggravating hernia situation.  Stay tuned . . .
