You will find many people who do NOT believe in foot pads and you will find many people who DO believe in foot pads. There are people who have worn the pads until the pads are clear, so I like to believe they do work. I use them, but I have never worn them more than 30 days....no reason, just didn't. Some people have even had the pads analyzed to see exactly what was being pulled out of their body.

The best thing for you to do is try them for yourself and then make your own judgement. Just be careful because some are very expensive and some are not. Be a careful shopper.
