deadly pulmonary hypertension

Can someone please tell me if they know what I can do about this! The hospital gave albuterol to me by having me inhale 10-15 minutes "to open the lungs" Insted it killed my arteriess.(Idont have asthma) I was hypoadrenic nd so it was initiated because I didnt have the cortisol. It has progressed rapidly. I am having a hard time drawing breath on exertion. Plese tell me someone I could get good treatment with and maybe live 3or4 years. Beware these drug dealers!
