i did this a few years back, but didn't know it had a name. it was done more as "if i eat as late as possible in the day, there is less time for me to go wild with eating"
i dropped a good 20 - 25 pounds and then went back to business as usual.
so i started this past Thursday, and plan to make it a 'life style' and look forward to saying i'm at my goal weight several months from now versus looking for yet another fad diet.
(i have to admit i'm a bit tempted to throw a couple fasts in to jumpstart things)
