Are you ingesting milk thistle at all? Not eating for the first few hours of the day is helpful for the liver, I believe eating citrus in the morning is helpful.
Dr. Anderson from Arise & Shine (amazing dude, a student of Jenson) says if you're gonna repair your liver, don't eat after 6pm and if you do - eat only fruit. Makes sense.
Make sure you're eating organic apples, one a day, two would be better. Getting that pectin in there and the fiber - all of it will help. Steer clear of meat right now, anything that takes extra chi to digest will be adverse to helping your liver out.
