It doesn't need to be taught...it's more a process of unlearning... quieting the chatter of the conceptual mind so that you can 'hear' yourself. Children already have it...but it gets buried by denser energy of the intellect.

Scholarly study will not help you discover or understand these abilities...in fact, they tend to inhibit them. The only way to know is to experience it directly...you won't satisfy your hunger by reading cookbooks!
