Re: permanent side effects of sinus surgery: Empty Nose Syndrome

It's common for pathetic ENT's. My ENT made me have a sleep study and immunocap, and extensive x-rays. He took out polyps which were literally choking me and causing me to stop breathing 75 times an hour. He wants me to lose 100 pounds, and he had to repair the latch quack's botched job, and remove tons of scar tissue. He had to perform a septoplasty (break and straighten nose). He's the first ENT that has been this thorough, and caring. ahe says my allergies cause me leucocites in my nose, suctioned out a bunch, and also gave me singulair and told me to cut out dairy and Sugar and processed foods. He doesn't just put on a band aid.
