Re: Nutritarian links
Hi Tony and Grz: AS always respect you guys opinion immensely but have to just add a few things. I think that times use to be different. Such as CC states that the value of the feed is immensely different than eating organic grasses. Years ago as with Macfadden doing his raw milk diet, the diet of the cows was from open range and nutrient filled grasses but now they are kept in cages with no exercise and beaten as they are killed. In this case you will see that many are diseased at death. To be able to buy organic animals has to be from cows or red meats animals eating high quality, nutrient filled grasses. Do these areas exist? Not in Jordan for sure. We get no rain or less than one
inch a year and more and more areas are subject to toxins from everything from white phosphorus bombs to toxins of the environment.
So limited meat consumption would be the norm if you are eating organic meat. Not supermarket meats. And absolutely no processed meats such as bacon or sausage. Absolutely no pork in any manner. I do have an occasional piece of turkey, no chicken as people with b blood cannot do that, I rarely have lamb and all lamb here is organic but as I said it is not from nutrient fields. I do get my b12 from flax seeds. And I have a high rate of b12 as indicated in my blood test.
So how much meat do I eat, around one small piece every ten days and it sufices me and I am 90 percent vegetarian and mostly raw diet. The Fuhrman diet is a good basis of a well rounded diet.
I help many people here who come to me for treatment and all of them repair quickly with the use of a vegetarian diet and olive leaf. We have millions of trees here. Each and everytime you look to see why the patient is sick and it is because of diet. I find in almost all cases that after a meal of rice and meat, the patient is very bloated, nauseated and sick. Now why is that?
I reduced all my blood levels. Cholesterol dropped 60 points to 133, blood pressure 110/60, My blood
Sugar is 86, triclycerides 66, and my blood is 13. This was done all without meds and on a vegetarian lifestyle. With an occasional eating of meat. By the way my turkey is not local. Ok, the craziness is still there, lol. I guess it is better to be strange than norm in todays times. Hey Roooth let the silly days begin.
