I always try to be nice too Mouseclick as I always tell people I have a happy forum and I don't allow negativity. I also don't allow anyone to post anything bad about any moderator whether I like them or not. I try to have a Pollyana ish world and 99 percent of the time I succeed.

I took my training from Tony and Luella, Tony does the same thing about no one can talk about another moderator. Now sometimes I fail if I don't know a certain person is a moderator. Some forums have secret moderators. On my forums I make it known who I am, what my rules are and what I expect.
I am not being harsh, just letting them know what to expect.
Then we kissy, kissy and all is good.
