and find two books. I got both of mine for under $5.00 each, including shipping and handling. I purchased two books, one called "It's All in Your Head" by Dr. Hal A. Huggins. He explains the consequences of mercury fillings and directly relates it to many illnesses. If you have mercury fillings you may want to have them removed, but it is very important to find a mercury free dentist. You can easily find one by doing a google search for "mercury free dentist". It is a special procedure used to take out the mercury amalgams. The second book is written by Tom Warren. It is called "beating alzheimers". It is about how he reversed his alzheimers but he also talks about mercury toxicity and other diseases that are onset by mercury. Both of these books are very educational and informative.
