first she needs to flush.she c an do that with salt water mixture or something already mixed called sinus rinse.I prefer to buy it cuz I know the mixture isnt to strong or weak ,plus its easier for me.also it comes with a nose sprayer that you sqeeze up each nostril.dont inhale when you squeeze or you will have pain and severe dizziness.The package tells you all that and more so if you dont know how to do it,the directions will help.Go to a pharmacy and they should have it.it comes in package of 100 and lasts a long time for about 10.00 to 15.00.ots called sinus rinse.use the search engine and write in sinus rinse for more info Tweet
