Re: Sinus Rinse

I just sniff some warm Sea Salt water up my nose about a 1/4 tsp in a cup ... and then after a about a minute or so I start blowing it out and it seems to dry up the mucus that is in there and gives me some relief ..I want to try the real sinus flooding which you might want to check out as well but haven't yet as I get to dizzy when I tilt my head over to far and raise it back up... this seems to be going around down here in SE Tennessee as my kinfolk have had a lot of the same symptoms that I have had .along with chllls but no fever . hope this helps you and it can't hurt anyway..It is very annnoying to have beleive me I know...
Well good luck to ya..........
