This is one of the worst places I can feel them pinching. so what's the best way to kill them once they've imbedded in the liver since herbs and drugs get filtered out of there?

I"m using the Parazapper regular model and feeling the Ascaris traveling all up and down my legs and feeling flopping in my intestines. The painful part is the liver and spleen. I'm freaked out trying to get rid of them herbally and with the zapper, but so far not much luck. Any suggestions?? I don't have the copper footpads, but do you think those would help at all???
