yeah I am craving junk food. Basically anything that I ate before the fast, which was always the tastiest things possible, which usually ended up being processed, heavy, and sweat. Plus I ate lots of it.
The only reason I was going to eat the orange was because I know they're good to break a fast with. I wasn't going to go for something unhealthy because I know people have actually died from doing that.
The reason I'm doing this isn't just to cut my addiction to junk food though. The past few years i've been getting a mild case of what I think is schitzophrenia. Also I want to get rid of acne, and this tmj[teeth clenching at night] condition I have. The weight loss will also be a plus.
Untill these things are gone I just won't be happy. I'll continue being self concious, and i'll probably keep using junk food to make me feel better.
