Right On! Dr. David Derry is an MD who is really big on Iodine and Breast Health. Google him and check out his work
It is amazing that Iodine deficiencies are a killer. And we thought we got enough from our salt. Not so. Na+ and Cl- are table salt . NaCL. But the CL- ion knocks Iodine out of our guts so we are NOT getting it as our MD's think we are.
90% is lost in this way so think about it....simple stuff!
