I really loved Tracey's advice, I also want to suggest writing! Do you write? Maybe you could get a journal/notebook, write down all your bad fantasies and all the bad things that have happened, I think it might help to rid them from your mind.
AND also write good things that you want for yourself, how you want to create your future, maybe write about your cleanse, how it makes you feel, how your feelings are beginning to change?
