One more thing, I am no expert, on a fast myself and still learning but you mentioned: "She is 20, 120lbs before the fast started. She is fasting to help try and cure issues shes had with pain in her bones that occur when she goes from cold to hot or hot to cold..." How long is she planning to fast for? At 120 pounds that's really not much, by the time she ends her fast I'm assuming she'll be nothing but bones. This hot and cold issue she's enduring sounds like Arthritis to me or something else. My sister fell down several years ago and injured her left knee, she never went to her doctor and is now experiencing these symptoms your g/f seems to be going through. When it's cold, her knees hurt a lot! I don't know, but she has finally made an appointment with a doctor. I hope your g/f gets better. Tweet
