Well I got all my ingredients now ...
At first I purchased some questionable Iodine off ebay - now I bought some from the only place in the uk that sells it (that I could find).

So got that my selenium and my vit c ... gtg

Last week I started my kefir growing also; starting to go really good now. (first time making this stuff) - feel like a mad scientist.
