Vitamin E and Selenium will help protect your lungs if you are a smoker. You need to take rather large quantanties, relative to non-smokers. You will have to determine exactly how much for yourself, as everybody has their own personal chemistry and diet to consider.

Be very careful about going over 1000 units per day of either. You will likely need close to that amount, perhaps more, but once again, be very careful of going over that amount. Some people cannot tolerate that much. They can be toxic in excess.

I will leave the H202 question for Trapper as I haven't much experience with it. If he doesn't see your post here, you might want to repost your question on the Ask Trapper forum as he will definitely find it there.
