Greens are great so eat them all. Spinach is high up there as well.
Yogurt is dairy. Sorry. Definitely a no-no. People say dairy is healthy based on the probiotics but you can get that without the dairy. Dairy is both mucus forming and constipating. Options: fruit shakes or shakes with soy milk? Homemade sorbet (frozen fruit blended with soy milk, maybe banana)?
The strict program is only 6 weeks anyway. This should be enough to alter taste buds and see great benefits. The greatest benefit I have experienced was a changing of preferences and lack of addictive cravings. I ate my first bad food in 2 weeks and I preferred a carrot over it! Tonight I ate a fuji apple which is so sweet it's like heaven. *faints* ;-)
