Herbal Teas are made from plants. I imagine they're okay. Honey - not sure.
Everything in that post gives you the plan really. That's the strict plan which ideally you follow for 6 weeks then go to 90% that and 10% other (such as meat).
BTW, the list is in order of the most nutritionally dense. Kale tops the list. I've taken to snacking on kale. I'm sure I look like a rabbit, lol, but it's subtly sweet to me now... and carrots are quite sweet.
