Re: Brushing teeth with bar soap, tastes bad but works well

Last check up I had I was brushing with soap half the time and using toothpaste at night, Neem toothpaste. I've been using anti-aging toothpaste from Colgate. I rather use the Neem. I scrub my tongue every day very tightly. Seems to be doing the trick. I've not had new cavities in a while. If I use soap all the time, my teeth get a little sensitive. Tweet
