Hi Rich, I am following all those nutritional guidelines you mentioned and taking a liquid supplement containing various things like cysteine, folic acid, lecithin etc. I have just started taking a digestive enzyme too. I have a big fresh carrot/beet/apple/ginger juice every morning. It's good to start the day with a fresh lemon squeezed into warm water as well.
I believe my body is still making stones, so this is what I'm trying to stop. I confess I haven't done a proper parasite cleanse but am about to embark on this journey.
