Possible gallstone action created by cayenne...Help!
Hi everyone,
About 2 months ago I got up in the middle of the nite and took my magnesium capsule which I try to take every day, about ¼ teaspoon of cayenne(which I had just started taking for my stomach), and about 1/3 cup of soy milk. The next morning I was SO strangely ill. I had the shakes, a wierd pain in the right pit of my stomach,( I almost felt like there was a sprain there), and no appetite. I was sick for about 3 days as I gradually felt better. I had a feeling at the time that it had to do with my gallbladder. I still get a milder feeling of that pain sometimes About 1 week ago I started surfing the internet for info. I was so excited by all the great info and people out there. I believe now that the magnesium dilated my bile ducts while the cayenne sent my gallbladder into heavy bile squirting action. What I wonder is whether it sent a stone into my bile duct somewhere since I still get those pains sometimes. Since then I’ve had to be EXTREMELY careful with my diet.
Now I need to decide on my mode of action. I am afraid to do a flush right away. I ordered some gold coin grass and coptis. Do you think I could do a mini flush with some
Epsom Salts and then 3TBS olive oil and grapefruit juice? Maybe I need to get my bile ducts dilated again. I wish I knew what was going on in there.
Also do I just get the
Epsom Salts in the drugstore in that milk carton looking container? The same kind you use for putting in the bath. And what is the best kind of olive oil to use?
Thank you ,
Jean
