no more stones?? - Skeptics questions

I've "only" done 4 flushes since mid-August. My last 2 were pretty uneventful. Not many stones and only very tiny green ones. I'm looking for a repeat of the awesome 1st flush I did about a week after I finished my 1st 10 day mc. I passed many parasites (including about 100 moths - for real), and what I was told were Gallstones (looked like crushed walnut pieces). Never really had many or large green stones (from the liver, as I understand). Mostly on my 2nd flush. How will I know how many flushes are enough to continue to maintain? 5 or 50?

Although I do believe in all this, I am a little skeptical. My husband thinks that the olive oil and grapefruit forms the "stones" from the olive oil/grapefruit itself, or forms the bile into what appears to be stones. The 2nd makes sense to me.

The 1st time I did a liver flush, I passed perfectly round pieces of what turned out to be just poop. I mean they were large (quarter size) and perfectly round! (Because I didn't know what I was looking for, I cut it in 1/2!)
