Take the wheat in its shell form and put in a skilled and stir constantly until softened. Make sure on a low heat.
Take some black seed and do the same thing but wait for the hot taste to disappear where you only have a very bland taste.
Put the wheat in a blender and pulse to a fine flour. The same for the black seed.
Place dried oregano in the blender and pulse to a fine flour also.
In a large bowl, put 2 cups of wheat, 2 cups of dried oregano, 1 cup of black seeds, 1 cup of sesame. Mix together with 2 T. of cold pressed olive oil. Mix with your hands thoroughly.
