Black raspberries have several hundred compounds, including ellagic acid, and the same may be true for cumin (more than one plant is referred to as "cumin", only Nigella Sativa has strong anti-cancer properties). I doubt that laetrile is the primary beneficial compound in either of the two, though it may play a supportive role. Nature works that way - synergistically, where the whole is much greater than the sum of the parts.
In both the raspberries and the cumin I would imagine the primary benefits would come from the oil.
