Kidney pain is FINALLY gone!!

Hello, Friends!

I'm sorry I haven't been posting lately. I've been spending alot of time researching and reading.

Anyway, I posted awhile back that I had tried the Liver Flush on the third day of fasting. I subsequently had severe kidney pain. I don't know whether it was related to the flush or not. All I know is that after three months the pain is FINALLY gone! The magic bullet was a simple prayer of faith for guidance and healing. Shortly after praying, I found a tidbit of information. Milk thistle is also good for cleansing the kidneys in addition to benefitting the liver. So I began taking milk thistle again. Whether it was the prayer or the milk thistle, I cannot say. What I can say is that four days later, I am now pain-free!!!!!!!!! (Oh, and I have also started taking clay and salt baths in which I raise my temperature to at least 103 degrees farenheit--that may also be helping) I just had to share my good news with somebody!

The pain these past three months, although it has not been severe, has been wearing me down mentally. I did not go to the doctor because I don't just want a pill. I want HEALING for MY body. And I'm getting there!!! I am taking positive steps, fasting for short periods of time, eating more fresh fruits and veggies when I can, studying, researching, reading, reading, reading. I'm even taking a weight training and conditioning class this semester at our local college! Yahoo!!! Maybe I'll be running marathons this time next year!
