As for the pressure that seems to be on the upper left side/stomach/spleen of the abdomen you mentioned.
That sound like something I used to get years ago. Plus I would get a slight pulsing headache over my right temple. I thought it was my heart since my older brother and Dad had heart problems. I went to a doctor for tests. They did not show anything. I did some colon cleansing along with a few colonic sessions and the problem went away. Occasionally if I get constipated now, I will get the same symptoms again. Maybe a good Colon Cleanse would would help you. Tweet
