WOW!! Good for you, I was wondering what is a 2 hour flush? Please explain I am a newby here.

Also I got my husband to agree to start doing flushes with me and I am working on the yes answer from him for the P&B and the parasite cleanse. I am praying he will do both of these with me too..

So cool I am so happy we are going to do our first Liver Flush together this saturday night. ( will be my 3rd)He said we had to do them on fridays but our son is having a party here this friday after basketball game. So we have to do it saturday this time.

Okay I have a few questions maybe someone could help me.

My husband likes to stay up late on the weekends. Therefor would it hurt if we changed the time on the flush I remember reading about the liver doing its thing somewhere between 2-3 so should we stick to the orginal time or would it be okay to bump it all up an hour and drink say 11 pm?

Also I noticed you said there would be a full moon on the 18th and you where doing yours then. Do you usually go by the moon? I am not into astrology or anything like that and dont want to learn just wondering if the full moon gets better results. They say more babies are born on a full moon that the hospitals are full in the ER on full moons. I noticed Tracey had mentioned that she thought maybe people had more successful flushes when it was a full moon.I think she is starting to keep track of everyones flushes on the full moons.

Does anyone know what the date was in Dec for the full moon?
