To reply to both of you guys, I really want to start eating a healthy diet, but I was hoping to fast first so that I could stop being so addicted to processed junk foods.
I know that since fasting can help get rid of cadida, leaky gut, parasites, as well as toxins and food additives , that when you finish you don't really want to eat unhealthy foods anymore. Thats what I was aiming for, because right now it's hard for me to not eat unhealthy
