Re: Do I have to wait 4 hours after eating b4 I OP again?

It must have been on this forum, but somewhere i had read that it was 3 hours after eating. After OPing for awhile, I use that as a ballpark figure. It's all about how I feel and that usually has to do with what I've been eating.
Sometimes I can eat a nice full meal and within a couple of hours I feel that everything has been sufficiently digested and If I wanted to i could OP then. Othertimes I'm still bloated 4 hours after and I won't OP.
So, for me alot of when I do it is how the tummy feels, oftentimes regardless of how long it's been, although definitely more than an hour to be sure.
Keep in mind that fruit, by itself digests very quickly and leaves the stomache. So, I've always felt that if I was hungry but wanted to OP before dinner, say, then I would grab an apple or two, and then 2 hours later OP. All good. Tweet
