Re: Rife-Bare Plasma Experiment Destroys Microorganisms

Bare didnt really invent anything, other than suggesting modulating of audio frequencies on an 11-meter carrier wave. The carriers RRR used were a much much longer wavelength, and Rife operated in CW mode. The RF was outputted to a coolidge-tube that was tuned to the output of the last stage of the RF amp. Much of the equipment one sees in photos of RRR's lab are merely radio receivers (Kennedy 110's and a 281) from which he was reading the freq's. That's a clue in itself even to an apprentice. Bare suggests use of CB radio, a Uniden pro510xl to be exact, to avoid problems with the FCC, which wasn't an issue for RRR. In some modern modes, basically one modulates their selected frequencies on whatever carrier they deem desirable, run it through a linear amp then to a coolidge tube having the appropriate gas at the appropriate pressure present, and tune the tube to the linear amp using a standard coupler. Better is use of a variable carrier freq. The plasma tubes I've seen on the web lack efficacy since they radiate in all directions and it is difficult to do any impedance matching to those to provide a stable output stage because the gases used are wrong and the capacitance of the tubes have a temperature dependence. Thats why one can read about so many of them failing. The whole setup can be assembled for well under $ 1k and it beats the pants off of contact pad devices / zappers, etc. - the RF is highly penetrating, it can even go through a tooth and kill an infection in the pulp. I wouldn't touch a pad device, a zapper, or a plasma tube device, or any device unless it used an RF linear amp fed (150W min.) and tuned tube in the coolidge configuration, which, by the way is also self-rectifying, a necessity if one desires to produce highly directional and highly penetrating RF. All this talk about contact pad devices and pretty plasma tubes probably keeps the forum from gaining much traction. They're easy for a layman to operate, but they don't work, because if they did, only 2-3 10 minute treatment sessions would be all that is necessary. Audio freqs applied directly to skin penetrate a millimeter, at best.
