Anybody Please help Me

Hi i'm a 24 year old african american male i have been suffering with really uneven complexion due to bleaching since i was 17 years old the only reason i started was because of people making fun of me , when i was 11 years old and younger i was a an even dark brown complexion when i turn 12 i just got really dark and when i turn 12 i got even dark is like year after year i got darker and darker people made my life a living hell even when i did nothing to them because of that i started bleaching my skin to stop them but then they started calling me Michael Jackson which i really didn't like because I didn't want to be white, I like Black girls, white girls whatever if they women i like them i'm not into little kids or neither do i want to be white so it hurt my feelings so i decided to stop, but due to bleaching my skin got really uneven where people who make fun of me because of that they calling me "Ugly" i went to the swimming pool and got really dark again not as dark as i use to be when i was 12 or 13 or so on, i started using "Proactiv Solution" and Dove soap which even out my complexion for about 7 days then it would go back to being uneven again for another 7 days but when they soap work the same people that called me ugly would take their eyes off me they called me Cute, Handsome they like me then but when my skin got uneven they hated me, I know i'm a cute guy its my skin complexion thats messing up my life because of this i can't keep a job, i'm not in college i graduated high school already i just need to get this problem fix so i can be able to go to bed without using anything to enhance my complexion to not worrying about how i look but focus on improving my life, i really need your help few months the thoughts are getting stronger, i just want you to tell me that my problem can be fix so that i can go to college`. what holistic medication can i get on to fix this problem or subdue it.
