I have to keep reminding myself that hunger passes, because it does. Some people think that if you don't eat, you just get hungrier, but it's not true. You get hungry when you are supposed to eat, but if you wait it out, it passes and you feel pretty normal until the next meal time. This has been my experience for the first 3 or 4 days. Night 3 is the hardest and I get this desperate feeling and that's usually the night that determines if I will continue fasting or not. I always heard that it gets better with time, and it truly does (as Unfettered Moth mentioned).
